Tracey Milligan, MD, MS, FANA

Tracey A. Milligan, MD, MS, FANA, is professor and chair of neurology at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center Health Network. She is a nationally recognized neurologist, educator, and health system leader known for building integrated academic programs that align clinical care, education, research and community engagement. Her leadership focuses on expanding access to neurologic care, strengthening residency and fellowship training and developing system-wide neuroscience strategy across a large regional network. Dr. Milligan previously served in multiple leadership roles at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital, including vice chair for education, neurology residency program director and neurology clerkship director. She has deep expertise in medical education, including neuroscience curriculum design, active learning strategies, clinical skills development, and mentorship across the continuum from medical student to faculty. Her academic work also focuses on artificial intelligence in neurology, with an emphasis on clinical integration, education, and improving access to high-quality neurologic care.
