Teshamae Monteith, MD, FAHS, FAAN, FANA, is professor of clinical neurology, Headache Medicine Fellowship director, and chief of the Headache Division at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Monteith serves as a Deputy Editor for NEJM Clinician and for the Neurology Minute podcast. Additionally, she is a co-chair on the American Migraine Foundation’s editorial board, an associate editor of the Continuum Audio podcast and Cephalalgia, and acts as a senior host for the Neurology podcast. Her clinical and research interests are migraine, cluster headache, and women’s health.
