Seema Nagpal, MD, is a neuro-oncologist with a special interest in brain and leptomeningeal metastases. She has played an active role in the clinical development of new CSF testing technologies with the goal of bringing personalized oncologic care to patients who are often subject to therapuetic nihilism, left out of clinical trials or sent to hospice by default. Dr. Nagpal serves on scientific advisory board of the newly minted Leptomeningeal Cancer Foundation, a non-profit founded by a caregiver to bring hope and change to patients and families living with leptomeningeal cancer.
