Peyman Golshani, MD, PhD, FANA

Peyman Golshani, MD, PhD, FANA, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley. He then obtained his MD/PhD at UC Irvine where he was mentored by the late Dr. Edward G. Jones. He completed his residency in neurology at UCLA and transitioned to an assistant professor position in 2006. He is now a professor of neurology. His laboratory focuses on understanding the neural dynamics that drive cognition and how these activity patterns go wrong in modes of autism, ID and epilepsy.
