Katy Cross, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Neurology in the Movement Disorders division at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Her lab studies motor control in Parkinson disease and other movement disorders, with a focus on identifying neurophysiologic biomarkers that explain heterogeneity in disease features and responses to treatment. Dr. Cross sees patients with movement disorders and deep brain stimulation and her research is motivated by a desire to improve treatments and quality of life for patients.
