Elizabeth Gerard, MD, FANA, is an adult epileptologist and associate professor at Northwestern Medicine. She is the vice-chair of the neurology Clinical Research Steering Committee and the program director for the epilepsy fellowship. Her research interests include epilepsy genetics and the intersection of reproductive health and epilepsy. She founded the Women with Epilepsy Program and Adult Epilepsy Clinic at Northwestern and currently leads the genetic epilepsy in adults network (GEAN).
