Led by Dr. Joel Salinas, an expert in applying neuroscience to conflict navigation and professional communication, the session will explore evidence-informed approaches to negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement across differing perspectives. Participants will gain real-world tools to strengthen advocacy efforts, improve communication effectiveness, and navigate challenging professional interactions with greater confidence.
